LENS Neurofeedback
LENS (low energy neurofeedback system) therapy is a unique form of neuro/biofeedback. It works directly with the central nervous system (CNS) and helps with many physical, emotional, & cognitive concerns. LENS reads brainwaves in real time and simultaneously emits a frequency which gently disrupts "outdated" patterns, allowing for new neural pathways to be created. It is a helpful treatment for ADHD, chronic pain, concussions & TBIs, anxiety, autoimmune diseases, depression, mood disorders, and much more.

This is an in person appointment only. Recommended treatment is 10-12 weekly appointments or until symptoms have improved to the desired outcome. Home visits available upon approval.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy can be approached from a clinical or spiritual perspective depending on the clients' preference. Hypnosis is a state of very deep relaxation or meditation where healing is accessible. It uses techniques to help guide the cognitive/analytical mind to the side and speaks directly to (or with) the subconscious mind. Can be done in person or virtually from the comfort of the client's own home.

Hypnotherapy may consist of:
-
Direct suggestion to the subconscious mind
-
Parts (or, Internal Family Systems (IFS)) Therapy
-
Past/alternate lifetime regression
-
Age regression therapy

Energy Healing
Energy healing is a multi-dimensional healing approach. Each session is different. I work intuitively and select the mode of therapy best suited to the client and their presenting concerns. I'm trained in BodyTalk and Traditional Usui Reiki and have taken courses in the science of medical intuition and other consciousness based energy healing approaches such as Mindscape. Energy work sessions may include; muscle checking, tapping, visualizations, specific breathing techniques, smudging, and more.
In person, clients lay clothed on a massage table. By distance, clients may choose from a video call, a phone call, or a silent meditative time after which a report is sent to them via email with notes from the session. You may also choose to purchase this as a gift for a loved one.

Nightmare Therapy & Dream Tending
Many people with PTSD suffer from nightmares. I have spent years studying and researching all types of dreams and have found various methods which can resolve night terrors. By working with dreams, clients can find meanings in them which were previously unrealized. Sometimes "hearing" a reoccurring dream or nightmare can be enough to keep it from coming back.
There are many ways to work with dreams, some of which may include:
-
Image Rehearsal Therapy (IRT)
-
Parts (or, Internal Family Systems (IFS)) Therapy
-
Somatic experiencing (felt sense)
-
Nightmare re-scripting
-
Making art about the dream
-
Cognitive analysis/association

This type of appointment may include various types of talk therapies such as:
-
Narrative therapy (sharing your story and re-scripting events)
-
Art therapy (don't worry, you don't have to be "good" at art!)
-
Gestalt Therapy (Here and now focus, rather than on the past)

Appointments can be in person or virtual by video call.
